We will trade work for lessons or other services by private arrangement. Worker must be at least 12 years old and be able to complete assignments without direct oversight. Value of work is determined by the skill level involved and the rate at which the work is completed.
We value people who are consistent, produce good results, and are willing to do any assigned chores. Assignments vary a great deal depending on the needs of the Ranch, maturity of the worker, and skills involved. They can vary from pulling manes or cleaning tack to mowing weeds or installing fence lines.
