HORSE LEASING
LEASE A HORSE; HERE IS WHAT YOU GET:
- Use of the horse and tack (if needed).
- Use of the facilities just as if you are boarding your own horse here.
- Weekly lessons.
LEASE A HORSE; HERE IS WHAT YOU DO NOT GET:
- Board bills.
- Lesson / Training Bills.
- Extra feed bills.
- Shoeing bills.
- Veterinary bills.
- Insurance bills.
- Animal purchase and sales costs.
- Tack replacement costs.
EIGHTH LEASE means you get a lesson a week with no extra rides. You can make up missed lessons as long as monthly payments continue.
QUARTER LEASE means you get one extra ride on your own each week.
HALF LEASE means you get two extra rides on your own each week.
FULL LEASE means you get five extra rides on your own each week.
EXTRA RIDE LEASE means you pay to ride on your own for an hour or so.
DAY LEASE means you pay for use of a horse for a day (competitions, clinics, fox hunting, etc.).
Quarter, Half, and Full Leases may use extra rides for a day at competitions, clinics, etc. All leases include coaching at competitions. Half and Full Leases may have use of a particular animal where Eighth and Quarter Leases may have use of various suitable mounts.
The Ranch may use any leased horse for lessons when a lessee is not using the animal.
Horses are leased only to people who are in some type of lesson or training program with Peppercorn Ranch.
