HORSE LEASING

"The ranch is low key, affordable, yet professional and the animals are so well taken care of. We started out with one lesson per week, and after 3 years we are now leasing “Teddy” 3 days a week. There is a horse/pony for every level of riding at Peppercorn Ranch."  Kelly H.

          LEASING FEES

Base lease fees are created from the actual expenses required to maintain a horse:  Feed, shoeing, dental, worming, veterinary care, and manure disposal.  Extraordinary costs incurred by an individual animal, such as drugs for chronic conditions or specialized shoeing, would be added to the base lease fee of that individual.  No facility or business overhead costs are charged to lease fees; very similar to what you might pay to keep a horse at your home.

          MONTHLY BASE LEASE FEES:

          Quarter Lease:  $200
          Half Lease:  $330
          Full Lease:  $460

          SINGLE PAYMENT LEASES

          Hour Lease:  $45
          Day Lease:  $70
