HORSE LEASING

LEASE A HORSE; HERE IS WHAT YOU GET:

  • Use of the horse and tack (if needed).
  • Use of the facilities just as if you are boarding your own horse here.
  • Weekly lessons.

LEASE A HORSE; HERE IS WHAT YOU DO NOT GET:

  • Board bills.
  • Lesson / Training Bills.
  • Extra feed bills.
  • Shoeing bills.
  • Veterinary bills.
  • Insurance bills.
  • Animal purchase and sales costs.
  • Tack replacement costs.

Full lease means you can ride the horse six days a week.  Half lease means you can ride the horse three days a week.  Single time lease means you pay for a riding period of  about an hour or for a day at a competition.

Horses are leased only to people who are in some type of lesson or training program with Peppercorn Ranch.
