BEST ROUTE:  Take the 126 Freeway to Santa Paula.  Exit at 10th Street; turn north on 10th Street.  This is also Highway 150 or the Santa Paula - Ojai Road.  Go right when 10th Street and Highway 150 split.  Follow Highway 150 to Topa Vista Road, about 8.4 miles from the freeway.  Turn left on Topa Vista Road, directly across from the Ventura County Fire Station #20.  Go straight; the road will end at Peppercorn Ranch, 0.4 miles from Highway 150.  It is about a 10 minute drive from Santa Paula or Ojai!

If you are coming from Ojai, go up Dennison Grade and across the Upper Ojai Valley on Highway 150.  Topa Vista Rd. will be on your right, just past the Stagecoach Market and Summit Hamburger Restauarant.
